Avera, Integrated Services Center in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Category Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships within a structured procurement model. This hybrid, full-time role collaborates with clinical, operational, IT, and business stakeholders to drive value and contract compliance.

You will lead end-to-end procurement activities, including negotiations, contract execution, and policy-aligned sourcing, while ensuring adherence to enterprise

Formación

• 4-6 years experience in sourcing, procurement, contracting, or category management.
• Experience working with stakeholders, suppliers, and contracts.
• Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
• Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations within contract standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align with procurement strategy.
• Own supplier relationships and monitor performance and compliance.
• Ensure procurement decisions match contracts and enterprise standards; document appropriately.
• Support intake validation and routing with Sourcing Agents.
