Endeavor Health is seeking a Category Manager to shape supply chain strategy, develop sourcing strategies, and drive cost savings across healthcare categories in the Chicagoland area. You will lead contract lifecycle, vendor relationships, and data-driven negotiations to support patient care and organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across IT, Legal, Risk, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or Healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare, preferably in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management of 500+ contracts totaling $100M-$250M in spend.
• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ and redlining with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure pricing, quality and service delivery.
