Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs daily review of reports to ascertain activity on payer accounts.
• Maintains record keeping and filing systems with confidentiality.
• Communicates payer requests for information and clinical reviews to case managers.
• Coordinates continued stay reviews with UR Nurses and Case Managers.
• Maintains accurate documentation in computer systems.
• Answers and screens calls; routes appropriately and assesses urgency.
• Establishes rapport with Resource Management and hospital personnel.
• Performs well under pressure.
• Other duties as assigned.
