Qualifications

• Baccalaureate in Education or related field; a Tennessee Teacher’s License and teaching experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructional content tailored to adult learners, including preparation for healthcare-related entrance exams and NCLEX review.
• Provide career coaching and advising on educational pathways, certification requirements, and job opportunities.
• Instruct for a pharmacy technician pre-apprenticeship program to prepare students for certification and employment.
• Assist with career readiness skills such as resume writing, interview prep, and professional communication.
• Foster partnerships with healthcare employers to align offerings with industry demand.
• Support outreach and recruitment to engage adult learners in healthcare education and training programs.
