Zusammenfassung

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Career Service Advisor to provide placement services to graduates and help them secure employment in their field of study. You will collaborate with the education department and staff to analyze outcomes and improve employer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching on interviews, resumes, and workplace expectations, managing graduate placement, and developing plans to reach employment goals.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in employment staffing or career services or sales.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Influence and empower students to find employment in their field of study.
• Manage a population of graduates and assist with job placement in Allied Healthcare.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques, resume best practices, and workplace expectations.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve employment goals for students and graduates.
• Meet or exceed department metrics and quotas including talks, interviews, hires, and placements.
• Assist Directors with advertising, recruiting externs and placement sites, and outreach to the medical community.
• Serve as a positive CHCP representative in the community and participate in staff meetings and orientation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting rules and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with students throughout the educational process to promote services.
