The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) seeks a Senior Career Services Advisor at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest to guide students and graduates toward employment in their field of study. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the Career Services Department.
• Provide students and graduates with career guidance, resume assistance, interview preparation, and job search support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners to create externship and employment opportunities.
• Assist with marketing CHCP programs and promoting students and graduates throughout the medical community.
• Monitor student progress during externships and develop strategies to support graduate employment.
