Great Basin College in Elko, NV seeks a Healthcare Pathway/Navigator to support healthcare career exploration and student advising. The role coordinates Career Discovery activities for middle and high school students across the service area and collaborates with faculty, high schools, and partners to build a robust pipeline into health programs.

The Navigator provides general advising, assists with admissions prerequisites, and supports workforce pathway activities while traveling to campuses

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination considered.
• Experience advising or navigation is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Healthcare Career Discovery Days and activities for students.
• Collaborate with faculty, schools, and community partners to schedule activities.
• Develop hands-on activities, simulations, and mentorship opportunities.
• Support dual-credit and pathway activities and track participation.
• Assist with admissions prerequisites and academic planning.
