Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare development and project management expertise.
• Delivery of complex projects in active healthcare environments.
• Understanding of infection prevention requirements and regulatory review processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including clinical stakeholders, IT, and facilities.
• Experience with Lean Construction, IPD, and target value delivery.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to mentor senior professionals and develop future leaders.
• Excellent client relationship management and account leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or multiple complex healthcare projects or capital programs across varying scales.
• Oversee development strategies, feasibility studies, programming and regulatory pathways.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clinical staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage cost estimates, value engineering, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Provide senior construction management oversight to align with clinical and operational objectives.
• Support healthcare business development and account growth through pursuits and proposals.
• Mentor and develop project teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the office and firm.
