Job summary

AllianceOne, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center) in Maumee, OH. The role pays $17.00 per hour and schedules Monday–Friday from 10:45 am to 7:15 pm.

You will guide a team to meet performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, and client metrics, reviewing performance and coaching Agents as needed. There is a possibility this could be a work-at-home position if selected to manage home-based Agents, with supervision and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of call center management /leadership experience (Supervisor or Team lead) or 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Usage of MS Office
• Availability to work between the hours of 8am-7pm EST Monday through Friday, along with working on-site or remotely based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift to ensure 80% of time spent coaching and leading the team.
• Support, motivate, evaluate, develop and coach Agents to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor team performance and quality to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain service levels while maximizing productivity and operational margin.
• Assist Agents with call handling and resolve escalated inquiries professionally.
• Ensure Teleperformance policies are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations.
• Remote management of agents if working as a work at home Supervisor.
