Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• All foods plated/portioned according to menu standards and quantities.
• Prepares salads, vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, etc.
• Finishes baking of frozen items and works in grill/pizza areas.
• Handles cash register and ensures drawer accuracy.
• Plans and prioritizes catering deliveries.
• Delivers items to event locations and sets up/breaks down services.
• Maintains sanitary condition of catering equipment and setup stations.
