Qualifications

• Some High School required and vocational/technical training in Nutrition preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers and ability to navigate web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Answers and processes telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner for Call Center customers.
• Explain diet and assist patients with appropriate selections; assist with room menus as needed.
• Deliver meals to patients and prepare bedside tables for meal delivery.
• Maintain HACCP records, stock levels, and clean, sanitary kitchen areas.
