The Retail Manager leads a team of 8-10 daily staff, oversees cafe and catering operations, and ensures safety, cost controls, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Culinary degree or A.A. Degree plus related experience.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in food service operations (teams of 10+).
• Healthcare, senior living, or related environment experience desirable.
• Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends focusing on quality and cost controls.
• Strong leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial, budgeting, accounting and computational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• ServSafe Certified and Food Handler Certified certifications (can be obtained on hire).

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Handles all aspects of staff management.
• Manages all financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Maintains knowledge of market trends.
• Manages cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s).
• Purchases and manages inventory.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with Marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as liaison with the client.
