Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Café Retail Manager to oversee high-volume café operations in a healthcare setting. You will ensure safe, efficient dining service under the Director of Dining Services.

Lead hourly staff, manage cash controls, payroll records, training, and scheduling while aligning with corporate policies and standards. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. with related experience.
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management preferred.
• Knowledge of food, catering trends, and sanitation basics.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership and budgeting skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan and supervise functions, payroll records and hiring/training of hourly staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through safe, efficient resource use.
• Direct staff to deliver retail services per policies and standards.
• Train staff in service, portioning, cashiering and sanitation.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per corporate guidelines.
