Job summary

CLA is seeking a CAAS Controller with Healthcare industry experience to join our team in Dallas. You will develop internal controls, lead budgeting and financial reporting, advise on cash management and investments, and monitor KPIs for client accounts. Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not required.

• 6+ years of accounting/financial experience with healthcare or similar client exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budgeting and cash management.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement, and investment activities for client organizations.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports; analyze KPIs.
• Advise management on financial objectives, policies, and actions.
• Communicate with boards and clients; travel to client sites as needed.
