Responsibilities

• Direct administrative, billing, accounting, and payroll functions for the Business Office.
• Balance daily receipts and post payments and charges to patient ledgers.
• Oversee patient accounts and collections activities.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise business office staff.
• Manage budgeting processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed.
• Read, write, and understand English; operate within professional standards.
