Qualifications

• Effective communication to maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Follow PCC daily, weekly, and month-end close task lists.
• Ensure completion of Daily Census Verification.
• Record all room, ancillary, and miscellaneous charges in PCC promptly.
• Manage private pay billing and centralized statement process.
• Handle Medicare ADRs and appeals per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
