Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Proficiency in quantitative, analytical interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Work with team members, software engineers, and business stakeholders to gain expertise with claims and care management applications.
• Interact with business users and state experts to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and increased quality controls in core products.
• Follow team protocol for updating and organizing documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex business problems using system knowledge.
• Escalate issues per established protocol to prevent release backlog.
• Document and communicate all issues discovered during analysis/project research.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
