Responsibilities

• Work with team members, software engineers, and business stakeholders to gain expertise with claims and care management applications.
• Interacts with business users and state experts to identify, analyze, and implement enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and quality controls in core products.
• Update, record and organize documentation per team protocol.
• Diagnose and resolve complex business problems using system knowledge.
• Escalation protocol followed if issues impact release timelines.
• Acquire extensive business and system knowledge for CorVel.
• Communicate issues discovered during analysis and project research.
