Main Line Health, Inc. is seeking a Building Coordinator at our Radnor corporate office to deliver outstanding customer service and support building operations.

You will partner with the Senior Property Manager and hospital departments, guiding tenants to report facility requests and communicating building-wide activities. This role emphasizes patient, visitor, and employee service in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a customer service setting, healthcare environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of building operations desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Patient relation/public contact experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees and others at the facility.
• Guide occupants to the various modalities within the facility.
• Educate and assist Tenants in reporting property management requests to the Call Center.
• Notify building occupants of MLH and building-wide activities, announcements, and shutdowns.
• Collaborate with Senior Property Manager and hospital departments to support operations.
