Responsibilities include developing, monitoring and reporting statistical data, and assisting with annual cost report preparation to meet regulatory requirements and survey obligations in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years accounting, financial analysis, or budgeting experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing process.
• Assess budgets and provide recommendations to department managers and senior leadership.
• Oversee productivity reporting and benchmarking relationships.
• Develop, monitor, and report statistical data with staff involvement.
• Support annual cost report preparations and regulatory reporting requirements.
