Responsibilities

• Oversee the various departments within the agency.
• Maintain compliance with all state and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain compliance with Patriot Home Care policies and SOPs.
• Maintain and review job descriptions for all employees at least annually.
• Maintain office employee and Direct Care Worker personnel files.
• Analyze KPIs to meet weekly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review assessment reports and implement process improvements.
• Review payroll-related reports and time allocations.
• Monitor incident reporting and safety compliance.
• Review patient staffing, enrollments, and scheduling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR on Direct Care Worker onboarding.
• Ensure TB screenings and annual education for staff.
• Establish policies regarding consumer rights and responsibilities.
• Assist with appeals for decreases in patient hours.
• Maintain consumer records per state regulations.
• Report major and adverse events within required timeframes.
• Develop an infection control program aligned with CDC guidelines.
• Ensure plans of care for patients are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support hiring for internal agency positions.
• Foster talent development, retention, and accountability.
