Job summary

Collaborating with senior leadership, you will drive KPIs, improve the clean claim rate, and document standardized SOPs to support scalable, high-quality billing performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership roles in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex billing processes is required or preferred.
• Proficient in Epic PB tools and MS Office applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to critical aspects of billing operations and manage small teams.
