SEH Saint Elizabeth Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Billing Supervisor to lead the hospital billing team, oversee the Electronic Billing System (Systoc), and coordinate with IS, Payors, and Revenue Enhancement. You will train staff, monitor AR performance, and ensure accurate billing in a busy healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across departments to ensure timely reimbursements and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduation with 4 years' experience or equivalent mix with an associate degree.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating billing staff.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Worker’s Compensation, and third‑party payers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the billing staff and coordinate with IS, Revenue Enhancement, and Registrations.
• Ensure month‑end processes, daily workflow, and accounts receivable management.
• Provide training on billing processes and serve as liaison with other departments and vendors.
