Qualifications

• Experience in business office, accounting, billing or healthcare admin preferred.
• Long-term care billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Business Office.
• Manage resident billing, AR, collections and records.
• Process payments and maintain accurate balances.
• Coordinate Medicaid applications and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervise Business Office staff.
