Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in billing, collections, business office, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, collections, and resident accounts.
• Review financial documentation for Medicaid applications.
• Meet with residents and families regarding financial obligations.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and appeals.
• Complete admissions agreements.
