Hope on Haven Hill in Rochester, NH is seeking a Billing & Credentialing Assistant to support revenue cycle, billing, credentialing, scheduling, and front office operations.

You will verify insurance, submit claims, manage authorizations, maintain credentialing files, and welcome clients with professionalism while upholding HIPAA.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with preferred associate degree or certification.
• Two+ years in medical billing, medical office administration, healthcare administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Support revenue cycle by preparing, submitting insurance claims including prior authorizations.
• Verify client insurance eligibility and benefits; monitor claims and resolve denials.
• Assist with provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing for Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Maintain confidential billing and credentialing records in HIPAA; organize electronic and paper documentation.
