Center for Change seeks an Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator to join the Business Office in our Orem, Utah facility. This full-time, onsite role focuses on medical claims reimbursement, billing, follow-up, and collections across multi-site operations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of medical billing experience and familiarity with EMR and billing software. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous medical billing experience required.
• Experience using EMR and billing software required.

Responsibilities

• Claims billing, follow-up and timely collections of Insurance, Medicaid and private pay patient accounts for multi-site healthcare facilities.
• Charge entry and deposit posting.
• Other duties as assigned, with or without reasonable accommodation, to assist in maintaining quality standards.
