Responsabilités

• Performs insurance follow-up billing and collection duties to ensure timely payment.
• Reviews accounts for accuracy of insurance, eligibility, and invoices.
• Uses Epic EHR and payer portals for claim submission and status checks.
• Strives for one-touch resolution and adheres to QA standards.
• Collaborates with management and staff to resolve issues.
