Responsibilities

• Hands-on billing and collections for all campus payer types.
• Assists families through Medicaid determination and eligibility.
• Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes.
• Posts cash payments to resident accounts timely and accurately.
• Participates in leadership rotations such as meal manager and manager on duty.
