Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Business Office Manager at our St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper, Indiana. You will oversee billing, collections, and financial operations, coordinating with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurances to optimize eligibility, claims, and reimbursements.

You will manage monthly billing, post cash payments, and maintain census and resident financial data while contributing to campus leadership duties including meal management and manager-on-duty rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Manages monthly billing processes for all payer classes in an accurate and timely manner.

POSITION OVERVIEW

A Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing, collections and financial operations of the health campus. They handle financial tasks such as receiving and depositing payments, making collections calls and issuing letters, discussing payment arrangements with account holders, and working with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance companies on eligibility, claims and reimbursements.
