Job summary

American Institute is looking for an Adjunct Instructor to deliver instruction across our business, legal, healthcare, diagnostic sonography, and IT programs. You will collaborate with program leaders to support student success, retention, and career placements, and you will help ensure the integrity of our educational offerings.

In this hybrid role, you will teach the standardized curriculum, engage students through discussions, monitor progress with timely feedback, and provide learning tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of experience in the field.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Computer literacy to effectively use required technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver centralized curriculum according to assigned schedule.
• Engage students through discussions and forums; be available outside class time.
• Monitor progress; grade activities and post weekly grades.
• Support student success with tailored learning tools and timely feedback.
• Maintain professionalism; follow policies and communicate with leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
