• Ensure charges, including room and ancillary, are recorded accurately in PCC.
• Follow Medicare billing procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage private pay billing and centralized statement procedures.
• Coordinate Medicare ADRs and appeals according to procedures.
• Follow PCC task lists and month-end close checklists to meet deadlines.
• Oversee resident fund activities and coordinate with the healthcare team.
