Qualifications

• Two years general office experience and strong data entry skills.
• Billing experience preferred; knowledge of Medical/Mental Health Billing including CPT/HCPCS; CMS 1500 form understanding.
• Basic experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ten-key experience; ability to present professional, courteous, and helpful at all times.

Responsibilities

• Enter the majority of billing each month in county run billing systems.
• Support the Billing Department’s Administrative Supervisor with compliance and billing processes.
• Safeguard client sensitive information at all times.
