Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage billing processes for Aleph home health and adult day care programs, delivering accurate invoices and empathetic service to elderly clients and their families.

This on-site role requires an Associate degree in accounting or business, 2+ years of bookkeeping, and strong Excel/Office skills. You will collaborate with scheduling, finance, and care teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or business required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong Microsoft Excel user.
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care Insurance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze and resolve billing issues and account discrepancies.
• Process and submit LTC claims.
• Provide quality control and reconciliation of care notes, hours, and mileage.
• Transition clients to Autopay ACH/Credit Card payments.
• Support the Home Health Aide Payroll Process by reconciling and inputting client mileage into eRSP for payroll extraction.
• Prepare upload files to get A/R information into Sage Intacct.
