Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service of Southern New Jersey seeks a billing analyst for on-site work in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role interfaces with customers, Aleph scheduling, and finance to prepare and manage invoices and LTC claims with compassion.

You will ensure accurate billing, maintain client communications, support Autopay setup, and assist with year-end reporting while upholding dignity and professional empathy for seniors and families.

Competenze

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or business at a minimum. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional coursework or certifications in medical billing, accounting or healthcare finance are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong Microsoft Excel user.
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care Insurance helpful.

Mansioni

• Generate, review and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze and resolve billing issues and account discrepancies.
• Process and submitting of Long-Term Care (LTC) claims.
• Provide quality control and reconciliation of: Aide care notes, hours, and mileage for LTC, Claims, JFCS and Congregate invoices.
• Transition all willing clients to Autopay ACH/Credit Card payments.
• Support the Home Health Aide Payroll Process by reconciling and inputting client mileage into eRSP for payroll extraction.
• Prepare upload files to get A/R information into Sage Intacct.
• On-boarding New Client calls.
• Communicate billing information clearly and respectfully to elderly clients and their families.
• Create end-of-year reports for clients to submit with tax filing (upon request from client)
• Foster positive relationships with clients, families, scheduling department, finance through courteous and empathic service.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Work closely with the Aleph team to provide exemplary customer service to them as well as clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
