AVER, LLC is seeking a Power BI / SQL Developer to support healthcare data analytics, BI, and reporting. This role combines hands-on Power BI development with strong SQL data analysis and reporting capabilities to deliver reliable dashboards for operations and management.

You will design semantic data models, write complex SQL/PLSQL, integrate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with stakeholders. On-site in Hanover, MD; 1 day/week.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or reporting.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboards development.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models, data relationships, measures.
• Strong SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, analysis, reporting.
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and relational data warehouses.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear dashboards and visualizations.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop semantic models with data relationships, measures, and structures.
• Translate requirements into dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL queries for ETL and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple healthcare sources and validate outputs.
