AVER is seeking a Power BI / SQL Developer to support healthcare data analytics, BI, and reporting. Lead Power BI report creation, semantic modeling, and complex SQL scripting to analyze healthcare data across multiple sources for clinical and operational decision-making.

The role reports to the Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting and emphasizes reliable, user-friendly BI solutions that improve visibility into key performance metrics and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting in a data-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Power BI semantic models, data relationships, measures, and logic.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouses.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visuals for healthcare operations and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models and data relationships.
• Translate requirements into intuitive dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Write and optimize complex SQL/PL/SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple healthcare sources and validate outputs.
• Develop and optimize legacy reports in Power BI, SSRS, and modernized dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate reporting.
