Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years analytics experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Demonstrated SQL experience.
• Knowledge of data collection techniques, databases, descriptive statistics and modern BI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a suite of recurring reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and dashboards to ensure stakeholders have robust, timely data.
• Responsible for Capital Planning Analytics project portfolio including service area definitions and maps, utilization statistics, and market analysis.
• Contribute to development of new reporting solutions and automation; educate stakeholders on reports and data tools.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for data discovery, integrate solutions and what-if analyses.
• Explain data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
