Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, CS, data science, analytics, or healthcare IT from a four-year college.
• At least 3 years analyzing business processes, data flows, and system interfaces.
• Preferred: 2 years writing EPIC Clarity reports or administering EPIC Reporting Workbench.
• Financial reporting experience with an A/R system.
• Clinical reporting experience with an EMR system.
• Minitab Statistical Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops business intelligence solutions through knowledge of user needs, appropriate data repositories, BI development practices, and innovative tech use.
• Delivers ad hoc data and report requests, analyzes data needs for users and projects, investigates data discrepancies, assists in migration/testing.
• Administers analytics and reporting systems, monitors performance, coordinates upgrades, tracks licenses, and creates user documentation.
• Provides user/system support services.
• Utilizes project management techniques for BI projects and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
