Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to work with BI solutions, gather and present analytics to users, and train staff on reporting tools. The role includes delivering ad hoc data, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining BI environments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years in business process analysis and data modeling, with Minitab experience preferred.
GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Works with Business Intelligence and healthcare professionals to gather, organize, and present data to users. Presents meaningful analytics to the business in non-technical terms and formats. Creates basic and ad hoc reporting for users. Trains users on software and assists users with advanced reporting.

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
