Job summary

Insperity in Houston seeks a Manager, Health & Welfare Compliance to provide strategic direction on healthcare reporting and regulatory compliance. You will guide clients through ACA, IRS reporting, and state requirements while leading teams responsible for eligibility tracking and filing processes.

The role requires experience with healthcare reform, a business administration background, and a track record of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in benefits administration regulatory compliance.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with healthcare reform required.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial direction for healthcare reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate impact of new laws; manage cross‑functional changes and client guidance.
• Lead ACA compliance determinations and employee data filings with IRS.
• Manage healthcare reform vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Conduct quarterly compliance audits; develop training and documentation processes.
• Lead staff, plan workload, hire/train, and perform performance reviews.
• Maintain relationships with Legal, sales support and service providers.
