Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development/Sales in Healthcare.
• Medical devices sales and direct sales experience required.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our customer base.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
• Increasing client base by utilizing skills in cold calling, territory management, and prospecting.
• Achieving sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Leading generation and management, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Reporting on sales results and providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Working closely with the sales team to align our internal processes and strategies with market trends and customer needs.
