IDR in Denver, CO seeks a Business Analyst III with a strong data focus to lead requirements work and facilitate stakeholders in a hybrid setting. You will translate needs into clear deliverables and use SQL for profiling and validation within healthcare systems.

The role supports both Agile and Waterfall SDLC and offers full benefits with a path toward leadership and mentorship. Healthcare domain experience is highly valued.

Competenze

• Elicitation and analysis of complex healthcare processes.
• Strong data modeling and understanding of application flows.
• Proficient SQL for data profiling and validation.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare information systems (EMR/EHR, Revenue Cycle).

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for clinical and business processes.
• Translate needs into deliverables: requirements docs, process flows, user stories.
