IDR Healthcare in Denver, CO is seeking a Business Analyst III with a strong data focus to join a top client in a hybrid role. You will lead requirements elicitation, facilitate stakeholders, and translate needs into clear deliverables across healthcare systems.

The role leverages SQL for data profiling, supports both Agile and Waterfall SDLC, and offers competitive compensation with full benefits. Supervisory experience is preferred and growth opportunities are available.

• Experience leading requirements elicitation and documenting complex processes.
• Strong data acumen including data modelling and application flows.
• Proficient with SQL for data profiling.
• Experience with healthcare information systems (EMR/EHR).
