Job summary
Avalere Health is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business and system requirements across the organization. You will translate these into Use Cases and may evaluate technical solutions from analysis and non-functional perspectives.
The role works in cross-functional teams, driving an Agile approach and contributing to our operational offerings from inception through delivery. This position offers flexible, hybrid/remote work with opportunities to collaborate across global teams
Qualifications
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation across multiple systems.
- Translate requirements into Use Cases for internal teams.
- Evaluate technical solutions from analysis and non-functional perspectives.
- Work in cross-functional teams and drive an Agile way of working.
- Manage projects from inception through delivery with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems.
- Requirements gathering and documentation for multiple systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure requirements are briefed in and fully understood by internal and external employees.
- Take part in internal and client calls as required.
- Assist in developing training material across multiple IT systems.
- Perform system and data modelling using UML.
- Take a Domain Driven Design (DDD) approach when gathering requirements.
- Design and document use cases as needed.
