Solventum is seeking an order processing specialist to handle customer orders received by email and phone, ensuring accurate processing and on-time fulfillment. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and partners to provide timely updates on orders, pricing, inventory, and shipping.

The onsite role in St. Louis, MO requires a high school diploma, data/order entry experience, and basic Microsoft Office skills; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in data entry / order entry is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders accurately from email and phone requests, meeting KPI expectations of processing all orders within 24 business hours.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, pricing, and shipping updates to internal teams and external customers.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners to resolve order or inventory issues, escalating as needed.
• Manage inventory accuracy, including HQ inventory oversight and monthly reconciliations.
• Support special projects and deliver high-quality customer service to B2B clients.
