VillageMD is seeking an Authorization Specialist to obtain approvals for surgeries, diagnostics, medications, and referrals as part of the Revenue Cycle Department. You will expertly navigate insurance policies and clinical guidelines to secure prior authorizations.

You will monitor schedules, complete authorizations promptly, and communicate with patients and providers to resolve issues that may cause denials or delays. Strong Epic and documentation skills are essential.
