Qualifications

• Administrative experience in medical offices and authorizations processes preferred.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors authorization dashboard and follows up on outstanding authorizations.
• Submits authorizations to payors with required documentation.
• Communicates with referring MDs and treating therapists for missing information.
• Maintains detailed notes in patients' electronic records.
• Scans and uploads completed/denied authorizations into patient charts.
