Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and process insurance authorizations and referrals prior to patient services.
• Monitor authorization statuses, expiration dates, and outstanding requests.
• Review patient insurance coverage, benefits, deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and pharmacies to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and assist with daily medical office operations.
