• Provide healthcare industry counsel, guidance on regulatory and transactional matters.
• Structure and negotiate health care transactions and provide policy/regulatory advice.
• Counsel clients on HIPAA, privacy laws, fraud and abuse issues, and reimbursement matters.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to firm growth in a collaborative setting.
